To Purchase Materials…

Hi Everyone!

I’ve been having trouble uploading several other materials for purchase, so I’ve created a new blog (http://kristenskindergarten.blogspot.com/) to help with that.  This blog will remain the same, but if you would like to purchase materials from me, either click above on that link or scroll down a bit and on the right you will see the link to “Kristen’s Kindergarten”.

I’ve moved the option to purchase the handouts from The Farmer’s Market there already and added a new option.  If you purchase the $5.00 option, I will send you a single set of printed pages for you to copy.  If you choose the $10.00 option, I will burn all the documents on a CD for you to use over and over and print things as many times as you would like.

I’m also working on getting a few other things together for purchase including “Word Family Boxes”, “Vocabulary Boxes”, and “Inquiry Science Lessons” (these are the lessons that are already posted here, but some might like the option to purchase them on a CD or in spiral bound book form to use over and over.  So be on the lookout for those options!  I’ll post here when I get those up and ready on my other blog.

I hope this isn’t too confusing!  In order for me to get these materials to you, this is the easiest way I could come up with!

Thanks to those of you who have already ordered!  You will recieve a CD with your order, for being the first customers! 🙂

The Farmer’s Market Handouts Available for purchase

I’ve had several (like 45+!) e-mails asking if I would be willing to sell my handouts from my workshop to those who did not win my comment contest a few weeks ago.

I’ve obtained a button through PayPal so that can happen.  The cost is $5.00 + $2.00 for shipping.  I tried to keep the cost low (because I know that as teachers we don’t make a lot! 🙂  ).

What will you receive for your $5.00 you ask?

Full color copies of my Literacy Work Station checklist handouts, planning sheets (that have not been posted on the blog), poems, songs, bibliographies for themes covered (Monarchs, Farm, Fall Changes, Fall Animals, Composting/Worms), my Full Day Kindergarten schedule (newly updated for 2009-2010), binder tabs to organize the handouts, and photos taken during my workshop (June 15th, 2009).

Click the button to order now! 🙂  I will also post this button on the left side of the page, where it will stay! 😉

I will be doing more of these workshops throughout the school year and will post a PayPal button after each of those handout sets are complete.

Kristen 🙂

The winners are…

Random.org picked these winners to receive copies of the handouts I will give at my June 15th workshop about Inquiry Based Science and Literacy Work Stations:

I really like the forms you created. I am a preschool teacher. I am always looking for systems to help me with organization. There is so little time in the classroom itself. I plan to incorporate your science theme page. It’s terrific! Thanks so much for sharing your terrific ideas! It is appreciated!

I like the LWS grid – it seems like it would be a good tool to see at a glance what some of the options are. I am hoping to really get things organized this summer and come up with a plan for really integrating them. Has anyone integrated math at the same time as literacy..? Congrats on presenting at the Reading Association Conference – early literacy skills ROCK!

I like your ideas that you have planned. Like all the other great ideas on your page that I have used, I will use these also. Thanks for all you do for the teachers.

Kristen,
You are the best!!!! I’ve been in love with your site this entire year. I teach kindergarten in north dakota. You’re generosity providing teachers with such valuable resources is amazing! I check your site almost daily. I’m so excited to see how your farmer’s market science LWS workshop goes. Man, I wish I could be there! I’m a teacher that thrives on learning, growing and gaining more and more each year! Thanks for all you do!

Christy
