We’ve been spending the first three weeks of school exploring the new math materials (we just adopted MTW again and got all new materials). Here are some pictures to show our new materials and the kids exploring them.

Hi Carol,
I think it’s just okay. We’ve been using it for at least 10 years and I often find myself looking other places for ways to supplement. If you search my blog, you’ll find another book written by K. Donaldson (she worked with the MTW team). It’s called Developing Number Concepts (the new version) and it’s based on MTW. I think the ideas in that book are much more exciting!
