Ice Cream Election

I’ve just finished my Ice Cream Election packet and posted it on my Teacher’s Pay Teacher’s site. ๐Ÿ™‚ย  I got this idea many years ago from my wonderful mentor during my student teaching (Hi Karen!!).ย  It’s evolved over time and I keep adding things to it (sometimes we make our own ice cream, but mostly, we just enjoy individual cups of ice cream the Friday after the election as the inauguration celebration!) I’m excited about the class tally pages and buttons that I’ve added this year.

This pack includes your ballots, class tally sheet, greater than/less than comparison sheets, word cards to help you “math talk” about your graph, paper ice cream scoops and cones to create a graph, and two different leveled writing sheets so students can tell why they like their favorite flavor of ice cream.ย  The pack also comes with hints to run your election and how to set up a voting booth. ๐Ÿ™‚

You can click on the picture below to head to my Tpt store and check it out…I’d love some pins on Pinterest for it!ย  Don’t forget to follow me so that you’ll know when I post more items. ๐Ÿ™‚
