Magical Monday 3
It’s Magical Monday…time for some of my new favorite pins from this week! 🙂
First up, I love this pocket chart idea from Kim Adsit! She’s so creative! 🙂
This will be a wonderful activity for the beginning of the year! As we learn new letters, we can sort our names to find out which letters we have in our name. I can see this becoming one of our first Pocket Chart Work Station activities. I think this activity is wonderful and the only change I might make to it is to add the children’s pictures to their name cards to help develop name recognition among my students. 🙂
Wouldn’t these make cute Welcome to Kindergarten gifts for your kiddos? Easy to make! Just get some scrapbook paper, glue on their name, laminate, and attach the ribbon! I’ll be giving these to my kiddos at our Back to School night. 🙂
Why didn’t I think of this idea? Putting your dry erase boards in a dish draining rack! I love that the silverware cup holds the markers and the eraser! This idea will be so great when working in a small group. The kids can see where to put their dry erase boards and they won’t weigh down the wire shelf I currently have them on.
Check out my boards on Pinterest or follow me using the link at the right. 🙂
